Sounds good. I’d suggest for something a little more sophistimacated consider going for something like a McCoys to add that extra texture and je ne sais quoi to your dining experience.

Erm. The red one is the Irish one. I've never seen the yella one and I'm in Ireland 2-3 times a year.
