People whinge like fuck that it's the Council's fault the city is a shithole. So they have an ambitious plan to make major improvements and people whinge like fuck that the Council are wasting money.

I was one of those who felt the city centre was a dump, I think the improvements made in the last few years are brilliant. The Council deserve credit for it.
