I rang last week and got fobbed off with they've got so many to do. Noticed someone in Crook or somewhere moaning in the Northern Echo. Seems a bit shit actually if proper struggling folk are relying on it to catch up on the fuel bills but sat waiting weeks.

How long did you wait out of interest? The council bod in the paper said they're prioritising vulnerable people though don't know how they can tell.

I haven't got mine from durham either. Tempted to ring but last time I was in a queue for 45 mins before getting fobbed off

Been a month since I filled in the form

all i can see on their website is wait till the 30th june.

I havent heard anything either, and pay cash monthly.

I'm sure it wasn't the end of June previously.
