Just shows, it only takes one twattish selfish git to cause chaos. It'll be interesting to see how they try to contain that situation.
But the fact that she refused testing or treatment should show that the medical authorities need more power to enforce isolation and testing.

That's why the threat (not sure if that's the right word) level here was raised the other week because one of the people in quarantine was threatening to leave. The government changed the level so he could be forcibly quarantined if necessary. In the end he stayed voluntarily.

i think they also say that the travel restrictions on hubei are making a difference to the rate increase (ie. its slowing)

I’m sure south Korea will start gearing properly to try and contain the situation although I do wonder how the virus would fare if it reachs the north, could they even cope with the spread medical wise?
