Coffee shops in Sunderland


Only thing I don't get about these places is how are they supposed to get busy during the day? I mean, all of my friends and family who work work all day every day during the week.. how are people finding time to go and chill in coffee shops during the day?

As I'd like to also have that job

It’s class chilling on local cofffee shops like. I posted loads of my times in them on the stirks thread 😂

They seem to do well during the day but they're bound to have quiet periods.

nah not really, trying to think.

all of my mates and my lasses mates have jobs that are traditional hours. i know plenty of people who are retired.

i guess i know a few people who work in bars full time so they'll have time off during the day. i've been to a couple recently as i'm off work recovering from an op, and was in pop recs last tuesday about 1ish and it was full, like there wasn't a spare seat. i was wondering what the fuck they were all doing. couple of people appeared to be working on laptops.. now thats a job i'd like

Usually busy when I've been in too its been open for nearly fourteen months now.

Locally owned and looks like its doing well considering its been a complete career change for the owners.
