Thought it would be horrendous when I saw it advertised, very pleasant surprise. Really enjoyed it! Cleverly done, mixing old stuff up a bit. Cracking show.

I especially liked the bit when Johnny described the first movie from his point of view.

I's not sure it was him twisting it, maybe that's how he actually saw it. New one will be this time next year I'd think.

Aye sorry bad way of expressing what I meant. I mean we all had it in our heads as happening a certain way, i.e. he was the baddy so we immediately think it's twisted so people felt sorry for him. I felt a bit sorry for him afterwards though as it was actually how he saw events unfold. Writers have done a cracking job.

Yeah, the acting was horrible in parts, but that added to the appeal for me.

Can't believe they didn't have a "you're the best" montage though.

Cheers, I wasn't sure. Think I can guess from the ending the direction season 2 will head in, that should be an interesting take on the story.
