This is old news. The club secretary, in legal terms, was and is, Angela Lowes. The bloke who's left dealt with all the necessary documentation regarding filings with the EFL, and similar company secretarial roles. It's essentially a middle management role which requires a talent for dealing with bureaucracy as much as anything else. It's important, because the information needs to be right and on time, but it's really an admin job and no more.

She isn't. Club secretary is completely different to company secretary as you well know. For example it's the role the mags chief executive had directly before being made chief executive.
 
Donald will get his mate in. They’re like a hive mind infecting the club. Wouldn’t be surprised if Bob rocks up with it.

That looks like it covers the roles of about four members of staff here.

Donald Stewart would be canny or people with names like Bob Flo, George Hall, Gavin Stubbs, Jimmy Mcshane,Tom Altidore and Billy Laslandes.
