Took 2.5hrs on the phone this morning to get through and finally get my tkt.

Apparently they've let more office staff go the lass said this morning, didn't know this until this morning, and that on top of the ones let go in the summer.

Salt of the earth they are, must be rushed off their feet at the minute.

Big Xmas card on the way to them from me letting them know their hard work is greatly appreciated.

And to think what those knackers were earning last season....makes my piss boil:evil:
