Cheese

I love a bit of Gouda. Buy it almost everytime i need cheese. Used to get the mature stuff, and that was lovely. But i like it moist and the mature was almost always dried out.
Neighbours have just come back from the lakes and bought us some cheese. One of which was Wensleydale with garlic and chives. We are looking forward to trying it on our hols in......erm....France. Love some of the French stuff, but never remember their names.

The best bite I ever got out of the French people I used to work with was when one of them said, 'do you know there are over 400 types of cheese made in France'.

400 and you still can't make a cheddar?

fury ensued.
