CC : Yorkshire vs Durham

340 all out.

Looking forward to seeing how we go on this.
It will be interesting to see.Whether I can say that I am looking forward with sublime optimism is a moot question having seen our bowlers get carted all round the ground by the last two wickets because will it be as easy for Lees and Jones

How many of our contingent are down there?? I’m seriously thinking about going down on Friday but I’ll probably have to take ATLEAST one child with me too

Is there much in and around the ground for little’uns?

We are looking at going Friday now we've managed to get a few things sorted out. Slight chance we could be going tomorrow. Never ending saga here  . Driving each day though as hotels look pretty shit

Always get someone swinging and going for it. 340 all out I'd have taken that earlier this morning. We are in a good position where we need to just collect bonus points for promotion.

Just keep plodding on basically.
Exactly. If we can get to 450 inside the 110 overs here we take max bonus points from the game and also pretty much guarantee at least a draw for another 5 points. We are so far ahead of the field we don't need to win games.

Well there's a beach and funfair and all that down the seafront. In the ground there's food and thats it like. You can have a bat in the outfield during breaks
Erm...Arnold Palmer. 🤔

Player, poultier, palmer so far then

Weather for Friday currently looking very good for prospects of play. Lot of time still left in the game, but if we avoid a collapse and there’s a bit of rain tomorrow it could be that there’s a bit of an agreement reached on Friday morning about setting up a finish.

That’s no good if I’m trying to watch the cricket though is it?! The seafront doesn’t offer a very good view of the wicket :o
Bit disappointed @The Red Telephone isn't joining in with the prediction game or his ryder cup team beginning with the letter P
Has it got to be surnames?

Well you said around the ground, if you want stuff for a bairn to do whilst at the cricket you'll have to bring it with you. Its a nice ground but there's nowt here entertainment wise.

Yes

Borthwick off the mark but unfortunately waiting for him to do his party trick of chipping a nothing shot direct to fielder when on about 20 or so
