CC : Essex v Durham

Essex 13 man squad for tomorrow
Westley
Beard
Bosch
Browne
Cox
Critchley
Elgar
Harmer
Khushi
Porter
Snater
Walter

Would imagine Bosch will come in for the injured Cook who will be a miss.

Personally really looking forward to watching this should be an excellent game and a real test for Durham.

Ackermann and Stokes likely to be unavailable for this.

Stokes set to play next week.

Fantastic news that he’s playing at riverside

Great for locals

Feared he would play in this
Makes no sense that he'd play the game that finishes 7 days before the Windies test match but not this one.

Does he not fancy the travel
Think it makes more sense personally

Strong squad that, lots of options

Great toss to win. I thought somehow they would select Baz.
He averaged 93 with the bat and 29 with the ball last season.

Fair reason to pick him!

Clark just hasn't got going in the CC so shame for him, but I think a better balanced side now with an actual opener. Borthwick I'd hope will do better for it back in his position.

That line up on Twitter suggests as expected at the top of the order but does have Parko above Raine and Potts, click onto the scorecard thing and it has Ackers at 3 Borthwick at 5. So one of them could be right or equally neither could be right!

Clark was always vulnerable when you are a 32 year old specialist batsmen at 6 in the order if your not scoring eniugh runs. There not dropping the captain so it could only be him.

Yes,DeLeede is certainly a favourite of Campbell. To my mind Coughlin is the better player. Tough on Clark but I don't think he can get in ahead of any in that top 6.

Has de leede played much this year, or been away at World Cup?

Close call I’d probs agree with you tho.

Looks a strong XI anyway
