CC : Durham v Warwickshire

Fair enough if that's your view, but I very much doubt we signed Rhodes to replace De Leede.

A top 3 batsman playing at 7 is stupid. Not sure on the logic from Campbell there, seems a just pick everyone option rather than make a call over Gay/Rhodes at 3.
With the form Robinson has been in surely at this point you put him at 7 and have six specialist batters ahead of him. Even Rhodes at six is better than seven.

Good recovery by these too hopefully we can sneak up to 400 still think we have left a few runs out there same as last week.

Potts put into context the pitch with his innings.

Mind you if I was Warwickshire coach I would be having a go at my captain 1 slip and a ring field to a number 9 when a team is 7 down is poor.

I thought there tactics where negative all day and they allowed Potts to get set and he said thank you very much.

McKinney was just excellent very mature innings.

Suns out tomorrow till lunch anyway

400 is always a cracking score
Potts batted superbly well. A decent day overall on paper, however some are concerning me early doors.

Im not gonna criticize Rhodes it’s sooo early but there’s something coming down the line about asking a top 3 player to bat 6/7

Now that Doesnt mean dropping him but I’d argue that someone like Robinson would be better suited. It’s just a different skill set
