Fair enough we disagree then. As I said adilbiscfront footed do I do agree about him passing forwards , however he doesn’t press when we haven’t got the ball so , if pressing is the tactic , Jobe will be ahead of him imo anyway.Adil is quicker and would be further up the field to where Jobe would/could be. He also makes sure the ball goes foward, whilst Jobe passes it backwards or sideways, which is counterproductive to the press as it breaks down.
Jobe will be a good player in time, but he's not quick enough to play in a high press over Adil or Rigg. He's probably best suited to being up front while there's no striker.
