If someone asks you to take a load of drugs whatever they may be through customs, even the stupidest of people would check if they were legal.
I notice from the article that customs 'found' the drugs so she hasn't even the defence of declaring she had them at customs and was just oblivious to their legality

They use Tramadol because drugs and alcohol are not allowed by their religion
But they can get away with using Medicinal drugs

And?in the article it appears they can be gotten in Egypt illegally anyway, surely a sign for her not to try and smuggle them.
If he really wanted them he could have bought them there, albeit at a higher price but no doubt a lot less risk to his wife's freedom...that's if indeed it was for the hubby's bad back

Tramadol is a controlled prescription drug in the UK and generally not prescribed at 290 tablets per script. If they are the 50mg variety, that's 72.5 days worth at a maximum 200mg per day dose.

I'm no cop but that alone tells me theres something dodgy.
