The thing is, there's no other real way to show your 'disappointment' is there?

So before you get to the pub to have a moan - how do you suggest we communicate with the players at the end? I suppose stand in silence may work - so neither boo nor clap - but i doubt you'd get everyone to stick to the script? ;)

It’s his fault that half way through the season we started playing negative shit football. If he wasn’t instructing that then he’s not up to the job for allowing it to continue. Confidence has been shattered recently because of the tail off in performances because of it. It’s very much on RLBs head imo.

The manager was the one who said the rest and recovery was over and it was now playoff mind and mode.

There was both. It wasn’t great down near the front. Grown adults scrapping with each other in amongst all the kids.

Rigg was the first one over to us and you could see how worked up he was getting about it. He was getting abuse and he was shouting back about how he was trying to say sorry for the performance etc. he looked close to tears.

I’m as disappointed as anyone about today, but we need to stick together. We are still in a good position to go up. Today doesn’t change that
