Looked on the MB on Facebook and seen the news, when I looked on here the avatar confirmed who I thought it was.

How auld was the lad?

"TBH, just want to be clear enough to enjoy Xmas with the family"

Heartbreaking reading that bit like. :-(

RIP fella.

Tomorrow I'm gonna wake up knowing that one of my best friends is no longer here.

I first spoke to him online about 8 years ago through here, the Boozer and a kindred love of The Wildhearts.

He became one of my best friends, and was always there when I needed an ear and a pint.

A top fella. A much loved Father and Brother, and Friend.

The world is a worse place today...

But I know that Craig wouldn't want us to be sad. I know he's sitting up there, looking down on us and singing his f***ing head off..

'Don't worry 'bout me, Don't worry 'bout me. I'll be alright. Don't worry 'bout me...'

(It's a Wildhearts song. Look it up. It's the bonus track on P.H.U.Q)

I love you Buddy. And I'll miss you...

Great post. RIP

Sounds like the lad lost his fight against cancer this morning. :(

He wasn't a prolific poster on here, but was a regular on the Boozer back in the day.

You gave it your best shot, Craig marra. Sad times.

Sad news, met up with Craig once or twice during the Boozer days. Never realised he had cancer, bit of a shock.

Thoughts are with his family. How old was he?

43.... wow! Harsh

RIP.

Always one of the names that was instantly recognisable.

43? Awful.

Ah, fuck, I’ve just found out he was a good mate of mine at school, I’d no idea until today who he was on here.

I went to the Milk Cup final with Craig, but lost touch with him after he moved down south. He was a great lad, this is such sad, horrible news.

Bad news.

Don't think I knew him, (though it's hard to know who you do and don't on here), but like many will have, I had agreements and disagreements with him about several topics.

RIP BKT.
