Littk James.Just naming the obvious... Beatlebum is a belting tune, and a few off the last album too. Just found most of their stuff back in the day to be shite.
Littk James.
I like Oasis, had some good tunes and decent albums but Blur as a band were light years ahead of them.Ooooffff ya fucker. Almost as cheesy as ‘Roll With It’ in their Quoasis phase.
New album out this year with them (supposedly)The Good, The Bad and The Queen album is one of his best works.
The 2010 one?I’ll have a listen, ta.
I was impressed with gorillaz at Glastonbury, although I only watched on telly, probably about 3 or 4 years ago. Shaun William Ryder and ‘Roseh’ were class on ‘dare’.
Like a lot of bands....Blur's earlier work was marginally better than the later stuff. They went naff around the parklife album. I think was the third album about 94ish same time as oasis' def maybe.....
Stuff off the first and second album I can just about tolerate
Anyhow I'm not sure either band has aged well
Littk James.
I'm rattling off Blur songs at the peak and you name a shite song from Oasis when they'd fallen off the cliff.
Each to their own but it's fair to say Oasis blew them away when at their peak.
Love Albarns solo stuff though. Nowt like Blur.
I thought that it was later than that but I watched it at my current house and we moved in 2012. Maybe it was a different festival.New album out this year with them (supposedly)

Not my fault ‘you’re musics shite’.
Each to their own sir.
You know its true marra. I think your hatred of Oasis is because they became what the Roses could've, and should've
Blur have not and will not make a better record than Definitely Maybe.
As was said when bands has the single off, Blur won the battle, Oasis won the war
