Birmingham



I seen an article a few month back about Birmingham and quite a few others in the championship who are seriously worried about potential transfer embargoes and points deductions ahead of next season. If we were to find ourselves in that league next year could be quite possible, if we keep our squad together and strengthen well we could be in far better shape than a fair few before a ball is kicked in the summer

those arent facts though..millions of it have been paid back...2 million of it was paid back year before ladt and a |"substantial amount" morre ladt year...juan also owes the £20m..btw and he personally put £2.5m out of the £20m owed and again, he put in a "substantial amount" more ladt year.

dont blather about facts when you dont know them

They have stated it hasn’t been paid back. They’ve been asked and the answer was no. You’re just making stuff up as usual and screaming like a madman.
 
And the skunks cried on for years claiming Ashley was the worst owner ever. Hes nowhere near the worst there has been in the last 20 years.

no..its been stated the full 20 million hasnt been paid in..they never said they had paid none of it..because if they said that they would be in very big trouble..because the company accounts show they have paid millions of it back...and knowingly filing false accounts is a very serious matter indeed.#
its not a matger of opinion that millions has been repaid, documentary prrof exists.

PN asked if the £20 million written off by previous owners had been paid back, acknowledging that the moral if not a legal requirement to do so and that Stewart Donald had previously said it would be paid back in full over time. SD said money has been put back into the club by all the owners, particularly during covid, but SD said the full £20 million has not been paid back.

Putting money into the club to keep it running is not the same as paying back 20m it is owed plus the running costs as owners they knew they would have. You seem to think meeting the running cost operations of a club is paying back that 20m. It isn’t.

it is the same! what else would the club use the money for other than running costs? what use would it be to the club sitting in a vault...? their commitment was to drip feed the money in as it was needed to run the club over the coming years..you want thwem to fund the club to keep it alive and giove it £20m as well?

Absolutely. You can’t say well the club is cost 20m to run this season, so we’ll but 20m in and that means the 20m owed is repaid. That means they’ve spent nothing. As the club would have a surplus of 20m if the money owed was paid plus the running costs.

You have no proof any of the 20m owed has been paid. Running costs of the club do not and should not count to paying that debt back.

they do count! that was th exact deal donald made with short..he would put the money in to cover the costs of the clubs over time! thats the deal..and what the fuck would safc want with a surplus? what would they do with it?
