Best place for a saveloy dip?

Heading back to Sunderland for a few days in October and fully intend to have a saveloy dip binge whilst I’m there. Thing is, I haven’t had a saveloy dip since 1984(ish).

So, who are the finest purveyors of the aforesaid culinary gem in our great city these days?

I used to work in the Village Pork Shop opposite the Flying Boat as a teenager, their saveloys were shite but their beef dips were off the map, best I've had.
