Indeed, it's clear we aren't going to take money we spend on two outfield players and put it toward one striker.

Forget the football mate ...We have obviously a huge database of players that we are monitoring to look for an opportunity to buy players with potential at the cheapest possible price so end of contracts free agents ect.....were hoping to buy diamonds in the rough when their value is at its lowest ,polish and sell on ....it is clearly independent of the teams performance or needs.
Romain was well liked at spurs and was offered a new contract ,he chose to go to SL and for some reason it didnt work out ..we obviously rate him and have bought him cheaply with a view to make money ...that money could have been allocated to a striker ,it wasnt ,because of the model.....

What striker would you have went for that would have cost the same as Mundle did?

Assuming this player hits all the other criteria we're after?

Thats the point mate we have to break the model!We have 5 strikers with two goals betwean them its not good enough !

We have spent £2M on Rusyn, £2M on Mundle.

We could have spent £5M+ on one quite decent centre forward.

I hope that the huge player database is better than the head coach database that has 3 search parameters:

Unemployed

On the pitch, while there are massive positives with this young side. We’ve been left short upfront again and lack experience across the pitch. On top of that the 2 lads with experience will likely be moved on to save money.

Aye the manager isn’t perfect(which one is?) but he’s working with his hands tied. And did a fantastic job last season.

This summer was our chance to push on, but we’ve gambled on bairns(the cheap option)again.

Aye it’s one loss and I’m pissing me pants.

We're got infinitely worse all over the pitch. The decline is an absolute scandal. Those that left haven't been replaced and the depth to replace those that are injured is non existent.

Saved loads of money though. Bravo.
