It’s a bit more exciting these days but in a results based business, the simple facts are we don’t get results against the big cricket playing nations.
You think back over the recent years and the best moments we’ve had in test cricket have been the odd century in series we didn’t win, Stokes amazing innings for a series we drew and skittling the opposition and still not capitalising on it.
