Attendance Thread - Ipswich Town

If 37332 made available, what about the other 12000? Away fans and gap between away and home fans maybe 4000 I suppose. The rest?
The stadium has never had a capacity of 49,000. Dunno why most sources say that. It was around 48,300 in the early 2000s. When we get a full sell out these days without segregation the attendance is usually 47,500 ish.

There's 2,000 away fans, around 1500 left to sell in Premier Concourse, around 3000 to sell in North West Upper. Then 2200 corporate that isn't on that figure. Add all that to 37332 and its around 46000. That is usually the sell out mark when we get a sell out these days. As there are over a thousand at front and next to away end that don't get sold

It was officially 49k for years, it even said so on the club website. They then took some seats out and reduced it.

f***ing Leeds man. Leeds isn’t even a football city. Stick to chasing eggs.

Don Revie used to moan like fuck about your shite attendances in the 70s.
That’s true actually.
When we both got promoted in’64 them as champions we averaged 41,000 they averaged 29,000.
They never had that big numbers for such a large city.
