reminds me too much of when a couple of you are round a table having daft shite chat and someone comes crashing in from the other room, listened for a minute or so, then blurts out a load of shite, thinking they're in the know and absolutely tumbleweed the place.

Yeah, well I was just thinking it was one hell of a meltdown he'd had that day so I was a bit worried for him. But they were quite prolific with Mince throughout lockdown then nowt, very strange.
 
Think their last tweet was a day or two before the Gove incident, been nowt said since then. Bob's not said nowt on his own twitter since around that time as well.

I rewatched it again at the weekend with the wife, we were both crying with laughter, he’s absolutely class man. That Chris reah bit is the best thing in the entire shows history.

Hilarious that like. I can barely hold myself together. It's right up there with his other wonderful stuff like "you wouldn't let it lie" and "Uvavu!" How does he come up with this genius stuff. It's like he just says the first thing that comes into his head and it's hilarious eh. Fantastic. In my opinion he's right up there with the all time greats like Lennie Bennett and Russ Abbot. It must take him endless minutes to come up with this patter... Athletico Mince man... too funny. I mean, I've no idea why mince is funny, but it surely is. It's just a dead funny word. Like wanker.

You couldn't be more wrong. I despise that shit. For what it's worth I like George Carlin. Bob Mortimer isn't a comedian unless you like people saying the first thing that comes into their head and repeating it. Whatever floats your boat, but there's no material to speak of in Mortimer's utter drivel. He's never been funny, not for a second.
