Ashes tickets

Tbf it could end up you saving money if you have first dibs at the cheaper seats. Obviously in principle it’s vile but demand is far outweighing the number of tickets available for the first 3 days.
Yeah I get that demand thing, but imo so do the clubs hence using the opportunity to just make money.

I totally get what you saying mate, just don’t like it and don’t agree with it.

Seems a bit daft when you can sign up to the ECB supporters network for free which gets you in the second phase before ballots open.

I go to a lot of grounds alone and always found Lord's by far the most chatty. Everyone just there for a great day out and the cricket, comparing where you've come from, telling stories of where you've been to watch cricket. It's class
Trent bridge is a great place to watch as well, Great views from every seat. Some views at lords used to be horrendous before the upgrades.

Yep, was down for the India test on my own there in 2021 and after tea I couldn’t shut the bloke up next to me

1. Lords
2. Trent Bridge
3. The oval

top 3 for me

We go to the Lord's Test every year (maybe 15! years worth now). We weren't going this year on the principle that it was very expensive. However, we have succumbed to the 4th day.

There and back in a day. Normally stay over for 2 days.

Really looking forward to it. Hopefully it will last into day 4.

Yeah few of my friends did the same when they came up

Hope it’s a good day for you as it’s too expensive now isn’t it.

Headingley Day 1 tickets finally arrived. Forgot I'd asked for them on the App! App's not coming into existence any time soon so they've now made them print at home, not sure if anyone else was in same boat.
