players have to have rejected a contract or they would have been no money to make..
well contract os the wrong term in the sense they were all two young to sign contracts or be employees but i know what you mean...hadnt they all rejected the offer of ascholarship/pro contract? The players we made the majority of money on were negotiated mid-contract as opposed to receiving compensation to the best of my knowledge.

and because there is no contract..if the kids just walked out..they couldnt be stopped.it would just go to a tribunal..which gives fuck all compo..
but if they werent employed and were too young to have a legally binding agreement...they could just stop playing..they werent slaves..The terminology around the whole area is a bit tiresome for me. To the best of my knowledge, they were all (Greenwood was prior to Donald, out of contract) employed/mid-term/yts/contracted etc... meaning none could just walk out, in the vast majority of cases if not all, the club negotiated terms with other clubs for them.
but if they werent employed and were too young to have a legally binding agreement...they could just stop playing..they werent slaves..
but what they couldnt do was just walk out and then sign for someone else...in that case the other club would have to pay compo..which would be fuck all...
clarke has made a legally binding coimmitment to play today..if he breaks that commitment he can be sued..No one are slaves Kildare, Clarke doesn't have to play today. Kids cannot just walk out and go to other clubs only for the other club to pay compo mid contract/registration or whatever you want to call it. Whether that contract registration is typically a season or two at that age im not sure.

no kid can be sued..
of course a kid can walk out..a 14 year old refuses to play..there are no legal comebacks..a 14 year old isnt even legally an employee..justa registered member of a sports club..
there are legal consequences if jack clarke refuses..
because [people who have contracts get sued if they break them...he isnt a slave he enetred into the agreement of his own free will..same as every one who ever signs a contract..So he is a slave?
Why are you going on about people being sued.

ive shown you an example of a footballer not honouring a contract and so being sued..No I don't, you spoke about slaves and people being sued. The slaves comment was nonsense and the part about being sued is you talking to yourself.

as youth players dont have contracts it doesnt apply to them so they can leave...they are volunteer members of a club
then why were you?The stuff about being sued holds no weight in the conversation whatsoever.
We disagree on youth players having contracts or something to a similar effect, and that's fine, I've zero inclination to argue the subject again at this time.
then why were you?
the ,aws of the world matter, not what you want to believe..
no one can break a contract without consequence and no one under a certain age can a contract or be an employee under UK law..irs not complicated..
indeed hasnt an SAFC goalkeeopr just quit and joined chelsea? the club couldnt stop him cos he is 14 but their will be compo..
