Warming to the concept, Trump waited a beat and then added a flourish that brought down the house. ‘Nobody,’ he said, ‘builds like Trump.’”

I'm in Florida now and spend a fair bit of time here with work, not seen anyone carrying here but don't think they have open carry.

I might be wrong here but I think Florida has one of the toughest gun laws

Nevada, California, Michigan and I think Florida are the toughest

His comments about illegal immigrants are pure hate mongering and it creates xenophobia, how do you not see that?

The wall is not comprehensive immigration policy. It's just an ego stroke for Trump.

Because unlike you i can dissociate facts from feelings. You have asserted nothing but your own prejudiced position. If you can provide a clear cogent argument on why securing a country's border is xenophobic then you'll be the first to do so....
 
I'm hearing there was another mass shooting yesterday in Mississippi but can't find more info on it at the moment. I'm guessing it's not considered that big of a news item.

No-one is denying that we need comprehensive immigration policy. All we have now is xenophobia and hate being spread about illegal immigrants. The wall is not comprehensive immigration policy. The wall is not going to help in the slightest. It's just a massive ego stroke for Trump.

So a wall won't help but somehow a bunch of blokes sitting in an office 3000 miles away making "policies" will help?

Have you shared this idea with any illegal immigrants? I imagine they find it as hilarious as I do. :lol:

There were steps being made in this country that would have solved a lot of the issues we have today, and it was headed by one of the most amazing woman in politics that this country has ever known. But it all went by the wayside when she passed away. So, yes, it would have made a world of difference. The policies that were being looked at, were not without issues, but it was a step in the right direction.

Instead now we have people who think every illegal immigrant is a drug dealing rapist. All thanks to your idol in the White House, Biggie.
