He didn’t actually. He did wonders outside of a transfer window. Run-of-the-day management the same in any “system”.

The first time he’s had to “work” within this system, in a transfer window, this.
A squad competing in the top 5 right now…he can’t “work” with that???

You don't need to look far mate, the state of the Sol, the club shop/ticket office sargas ..... its a shambles of the park.

Yes, we are sticking to a recruitment model that involves youth and low fees. I like it but we need a few older heads in imo but that costs money - which evidently we have not got.

And now this carry on...... all boils down to money
Haven’t we already spent more than most championship teams though?

He knew this was the way we were going when he signed the contract. He's mentioned it very recently. He just wants to leave. Wish him well and replace him.

Irrespective of whether he is in a car or sat in front of a bastard Dell Vostro on TEAMS, he has been given permission to talk to them, he didn’t have to ask for that permission nor does he have to talk to them. Too late for him now
The permission is given to Stoke to speak with him, it's not given to Neil

Sour taste for me.

Not professional at all.
Ditto if this has happened. Doing one 24 hrs before a game doesn't sit well with me at all. Could of said goodbye after the match and gone on Sunday. But we don't hold people prisoners and if this is his choice so be it. The club is bigger and better than any individual and our course has been set in the manner which we will run. If he doesn't like it he's free to leave.

If it’s true that he’s still at the AOL for all we know the talks could be “thanks for the offer but nah ya alright”.

I dont think there has been much more to it than that but people are freaking out (he could still go, he might not).

Its a crap situation for us but i think its getting overhyped and people are becoming hysterical.

Guess we will see the real ambition of the owners if he goes.

He has us punching above our weight.

still refuse to believe it until it happens mind. Although the cancelled press conference and statement to follow doesn't look good.
How's he got us punching above our weight. We're the biggest club in the championship. Our attendances dwarf the rest of the league. Once the novelty of the money wears off he'll realise "what the fuck have I done"?
