Just listened to Second Tier, neutrals who focus on the Championship, who have us finishing sixth. The manager is brand new and it’s too soon to judge, but people are massively underestimating the quality of the squad based on the collapse last season and the lack of a striker.

The Championship Chat podcast had us around 15th.

The frustrating thing is, if the squad clicks we’re capable of beating anyone. We just need that focal point up top

Genuinely don't think we're that far away, put a 20 goal striker up top and we could even trouble the automatic spots. Difficult to predict until we get a striker in though as we'll not kill teams off enough.

I thought he looked really exciting mate, I was impressed with his close ball control, he looked confident and was a constant threat.
