Alcohol withdrawal symptoms

    8.30 or work from home if I’ve drunk past 11pm. I used to have a breathalyser (to be able to check before setting off in the morning) but I think I lost it in a night out

  4. I first did nightshift in the mid 80s and downed a bottle of Merrydown Cider when I got home. I slept about 12 hours and woke up feeling like Superman. Never been so awake :lol:

  5. Happy days surprising enough. I don't miss the place but miss some people. Some proper bell ends there as well mind :lol:

    I would have to be in a coma not to get up for a piss :lol:

  14. Thank you. I feel ok, just a bit tired because of my sleep being interrupted by the bloody hives, there were still some this morning around my knees but they’ve gone now.

    I should be ok at work next week, I want to go on Monday as there’s a yoga class at the gym.

    Thank you I also restarted the meditation last night so I’m fighting whatever I’ve got on a few different battle fronts.
