Alan Brazil talksport

Aherne and that Laura are dreadful. They have zero crack and very limited knowledge of sport. Er it's Talk SPORT!

Laura was getting awards. It was pure rubbish 😂

I'd love to know how much the actual listening figures dropped.
aye her an McCoist were a nightmare...just giggling all the time

The mens game is at the standard it is at due to years of investment and development. The womens game hasn't had that, and as such the standard is a lot less. It needs the investment, it needs the development in order to progress and get to a similar level.

I'll happily watch Sunderland womens, or England womens. Having said that I sold my womens Euro final tickets to watch Sunderland vs Coventry
It’ll never get to the same standard man regardless of how much money is thrown at it. Genetics is the issue not money.

Same reason it’s not much of a thrill watching a female cricketer bowl a ball at 60mph when you’re used to seeing a bloke swing it away from off stump at 90mph.

It's like a badge of honor to hate women's football. Let's be honest, the people who talk about it the most are the one's who "never watch it".
I don’t wear it as a badge of honour, I don’t hate it, I just don’t rate it, it’s elevated to a level to which it doesn’t belong, I have no problem with women and girls playing football in fact I applaud it, but please don’t make it something it isn’t.

I'm not interested in it but will watch the odd international in a tournament. What baffles me is all the anger and suggestion it's being rammed down people's throats. I hardly ever see or hear of it. Probably because I don't bother with the likes of Twitter, don't listen to anything re football on the wireless and only watch MoTD (occasionally) or the odd mens match live. I'm presuming it's the likes of radio and SM where the avalanche is occurring.

I was once walking past the TalkSport offices near Waterloo on my way to work and the massive pumpkin-headed tw*t came haring out the car park in his BMW and nearly ran me over. Probably on his way to the pub.

I always seem to have the very opposite opinion to the absolute arse he spouts. He hasn't let me down here again, it appears.
