Regardless of how good an owner is dogs have been bred for 100's sometimes 1000's of years to have certain characteristics. Training doesn't negate that. Akita's can be a twat. A quick look at wiki will tell you that.

No matter how much you train a dog you can't change its inherent nature. Just look at Jack Russell's, they've got a proper Napoleon complex going on and are f***ing fearless little bastards that'll often start fights with the biggest dog in the park. I'll never forget the day mine came sprinting across Streatham Common with 3 Dobermans and a Rottweiler chasing it. Fucknars what it'd said to them but they weren't very happy about it.
