I will clear it up for you even though you are clearly playing ignorant.

After first strenuously denying the claims raised in court and subsequently going into hiding the chief executive of the club admitted that she had all of the information regarding the charges including police statements, whatsapp messages etc which she read and then chose to ignore and even the fact he ADMITTED TO GROOMING AND KISSING a 15 year old fan so that he could continue to play.

She then resigned (not sacked) amid a blaze of controversy for the massive error in judgement which she took sole blame for and was then punished further by the club for this heinous decision .....

you said “poor little lamb”, which directly insinuates that you think he has had an easy ride. now you are agreeing that he has paid the right price. and he should be able to go back to work just like any other released con.
I said that in my very first post. You were talking about him losing the money he’s used to earning to which I replied poor little lamb. Don’t sexually abuse children. I don’t think any football club should touch him personally. The same as if he was a headteacher, doctor or any other position of trust

Totally agree. Allowing Johnson back into football is putting him in the same atmosphere surroundings and arena that he previously abused a child. Regardless of whether you think personally he is unlikely to do it again doesnt matter. He is on the list and will be watched for a reason.

You wouldnt say that teacher etc was a fool and isnt a sex offender let them back into the classroom so why on earth is it ok for him? Just because football is all he is good at and knows? Tough shit he made his bed and has to lay in it.

Is the correct answer

Are you suggesting he was not guilty and was thus unfairly convicted?
No that is not what I am saying. What I am trying to say is that because it was so much in the public domain he was possibly advised to enter a guilty plea thus attracting a discounted sentence meaning a lesser custodial sentence. In the event he was given six years which possibly would have been given had he of pleaded not guilty

Part of footballers job, is visiting hospitals, schools, community events ext etc. Not being funny, he would not clear the DBS check on release. He will not play football in this country again.

Killed someone
First I've heard of this.

I thought the sentence was too long but it's shocking that people would actually be happy with him playing for us again. He used his position as a player at SAFC to groom an underage fan, and yet some would be happy with him playing for us again?!
This most definitely

This is the story

After what he did to that lass, and the way he went on with the club before the trial, I wouldn’t have him anywhere near the place. Same goes for our ex CEO. Anyone considering her as an agent needs to think again.

I just can't see any team in England bothering. The fallout would be on a completely different scale to anything that surrounded Ched Evans, bearing in mind it was a child involved.

Ched Evans was innocent though and never admitted to commiting what he was convicted of. Johnson on the other hand has admitted it so its massively different
