Trevor from London just bagged himself a lovely gaff on the Maltese island of Gozo for 140k.

Seems like a nice bloke and it looks like a canny place to retire. Anyone been?

Still decent places in Gozo for 100k ish.
It's very nice however becoming a bit too popular for my liking .
I holiday there
