There goes the ice-cream suggestion :lol:

With meat I usually just keep stuff simple; but a high protein, low carb meal that is decent is some of the omlette recipes out there. Either throw the veg in or have it on the side.
 
Chicken kebab on whole meal pita.

I love pittas.

Had two today with a tablespoon of PB after training (along with some cereal, ice cream, green beans & a protein shake :lol:)
 
Only if you're gluten intolerant; fine otherwise.

Not sure how different they taste, never had gluten-free stuff.

More for diet wise, I am not intolerant.

Most gluten free stuff I have had has tasted fine, not too different.
 
My lad went through a gluten free phase (which seemed to end when he missed beer) and I tried a few of the random things he bought. Stuff like pasta was fine, the pizza bases were average and the cornflakes were a really weird texture, more like rice krispies or something.
 
may be really stupid this but i'm sure i heard/read that 1 tortilla wrap was equivalent to slices of white bread is this true if so think i need to cut down on wraps
