3rd test - Headingley

Of all the disastrous selections this series, picking Moeen Ali and then batting him at 7 is probably the worst of all.

And given we're playing a wicket keeper who can't catch and can't stay in his crease that is some accomplishment.

We're our own worst enemy. Every time it's we're going to do this and that , put adverts out on the TV boarding up windows etc and what happens.
We manage to bollox it up every time

Moeen Ali hasn’t got the mental fortitude to play Test cricket. Quarter of an hour til lunch, your partner batting on one leg, how the F*CK did he think attempting a halfhearted pull was a good idea?
He hasn’t had it since his last tour Down Under - they broke him

Aye apart from winning 11 out of last 13 tests coming into this series and current world champions at 50 over and T20 cricket!!!

Not sure what your definition of not very good is mate, but I would definitely say the above is the complete opposite of it?
It kind off looks like the results last year flattered to deceive now they are up against Aus in a series that matters to everyone.

I was referring to test cricket.

Not going to argue with you, our performance in the last 2 tests has been sub standard, can maybe salvage some pride from this one but looking at the way we get out doesn't fill me with confidence. Into the tail after what 4 or so hours batting is poor.
