this is the match thread. There a bloody big separate thread about buttler on the forum. Is that clear @TravellingMackem

this constant drivel saying the same thing is spoiling the match thread. Tag people in the BUTTLER THREAD to continue the drivel on there

You talked absolute rubbish for days on here, like I said had many debate about Buttler with intelligent posters who although we disagreed I respected their opinion.

You have just talked utter and complete nonsense.

Ok knock, when he won the game from impossible situation.

One good knock when he has the most runs in the whole of the team!

Keeping woeful the day he catches two blinders!

Buttlers playing in the match. And the drop occurred in the match. Does each player get their own thread and we can just use this to report the score itself?

There has been a overreaction on this board regarding his keeping, of course he had a really poor game in the first test, however most of his test career his keeping has been fine, not brilliant and it’s fair to say Foakes is a better keeper. But some of statements have been ridiculous with one...

Very biased view. He’s taken two blinders and dropped two dollies. He’s had two scores and 8 non-scores this summer.

I’ve said how well he has played in the last couple of tests. I still think he is a lucky boy to have got to 50 tests, am I not allowed that opinion? I really hope he kicks on from here.
