Butler will never get dropped anyway, no matter his form. He never deserved his initial recall and has had a torrid few years in tests. He batted well against Pakistan second innings so hopefully he's turned the corner. I think it's hard to read much into anyone's form in the restart though with so many players lacking match practice on both sides

Can’t see them going 4 bowlers, especially if one of them is Wood. Unless they go no spinner and play an extra seamer for Bess.

Crawley will replace Stokes IMO. Broad and Woakes will play, it’s who else plays out of Wood/Archer/Curran/Anderson/Bess/Leach
