Speakman
Accept next season will be hideous with this ownership. The kids will have more responsibility as a few like Clarke Neil and Patto will leave. Dodds might get a short term contract under Spivman and the SOL will have a couple of months to break down even more.Sacking Mowbray dear me what a stupid decision that was, he had these lads playing at their absolute ceiling in terms of ability last season & they loved playing for him all he needed/possibly asked for was a bit experience CF,DM - had speakman listened & done his job we`d have been challenging this season instead he sacked him & left us with the shite we`ve had/got right now - massive summer ahead otherwise next season will be hideous
Without doubt this was the plan. He was hoping Dodds could pick up a few victories and he would have given him it full time.Speakman will have been desperate to give his mate Dodds the job full time anarl, impossible now.
Spivman is still capable of doing that sighting ‘uncontrollable’ issues preventing Dodds being successful. Dodds ticks every box for our boardWithout doubt this was the plan. He was hoping Dodds could pick up a few victories and he would have given him it full time.
What is the charge of arrogance? That he isn’t willing to bend at all to accommodate experience?Old boy in front of me was berating Speakman's arrogance yesterday when we were talking about it at half time. I think he was probably right.
Time for change.
It's just been in the last few weeks that he's managed to get out of his seemingly permanent slumber manI still blame f***ing fat Frank Lampard for getting sacked and Simms going back to Everton. Imagine he plays instead of Gelhardt every game. Sliding doors moment.
This season has been a f***ing horror show.
I'm probably being massively naive but I think it would have to take a massive turnaround for even Speakman to give him the job now. His record currently reads P10 W2 D1 L7. Over the course of a whole season that would give us 32 points.Spivman is still capable of doing that sighting ‘uncontrollable’ issues preventing Dodds being successful. Comfortable survival with a few games to go then Spivman is more than capable of persuading KLD to give him the job. They’ve ignored the fans anger re BCB so would find discontent over Dodds being appointed equally easy as long as ST renewal decentI'm probably being massively naive but I think it would have to take a massive turnaround for even Speakman to give him the job now. It’s quite clear Speakman is massively out of his depth.
Alex Neil got us promoted inspite of the model rather than because of it.
Mowbray was massively overachieving and highlighted the gaps in the squad.
The fact they appointed Beale and then gave it to Dodds with three months of the season left shows they’ve lost control of the situation. Once you’re in that spiral it’s difficult to get out of it.
Time for him, Dodds and Proctor all to go. Huge summer for KLD. Show us your ambition or put the club up for sale.
Well it does come over in his interviews. There's a definite 'we know best' attitude. What is the charge of arrogance? That he isn’t willing to bend at all to accommodate experience?
Yeah be good if he came out and explained things. But na. Be too uncomfortable him getting pulled up.Speakmans 2 managerial appointments this season have been amazingly bad it's fair to say. Maybe he should front up and do the job himself instead of hiding in the background as the wheels fall off.
I wouldn't have Hemir on the bench mate, his attitude stinksIf he's not garna start Bellingham up top then Dack is the next best option v Cardiff surely

Subs: Bishop Pembele Styles
Hyelde Evans Rigg Ba Hemir Burstow
Jobe cannot play number 10 would be better with him upfront and deck ten Kobe is too slow in feet and thought gets constantly caught on the ballIf he's not garna start Bellingham up top then Dack is the next best option v Cardiff surely
