🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 England v Australia 🇦🇺 2nd Ashes Test - Lords - 28th June

Pat Cummins still perfectly happy and doesn't see what all the fuss is about at all saying anyone who has played cricket would be fine with the dismissal. The thing is plenty of ex cricketers don't agree with it.
Does he really think this or is it the now just the easiest way for him to deal with it going forward, he describes the dismissal as a " non event ".

Ramps has done a column today where he says its only England where spirit of the game is given such focus at professional level, and that everywhere else he's played its not much of a thing which leads to far more consistency. Mankad only a big deal here by the same token.

Also gave several examples of where members of this team haven't followed it.

It's simpler to play by the laws than expect people to agree with your own particular moral stance.

I don't like Australia or their approach to sport as a culture but I genuinley don't think they think they've done anything wrong.

Found this interesting and related to our struggles getting Lyon out - Trueman mentions he never bowled bouncers at a tailender, as if you can’t beat a 9 or 10 with your pace you’re not a world class bowler…
