We need an experienced striker.

The midfield is unbalanced and playing people out of position

that we are crying out for leaders and experience.

Kids who have no experience, can’t score with one exception, can’t keep a clean sheet. Can’t handle a physical battle, who is in charge of all this, what a shambles.

Spot on. If being a young side is a hindrance in certain situations then we've had plenty of transfer windows to bring a bit of experience in to back them up

Wasn't a problem until we've been on this shit run circa November. Look at what that side did to Southampton for example. But yes it's used as an excuse too much, especially when the club did this. Its not as if its through injury for example.

Except they won't as all the experience Neil, Clark and possibly Ballard will have pissed off +rightly so).
Counting today and there's only a 3-4 outfield players who gave a full seasons experience playing at this level. It's an absolute joke.
