Anthony Gordon to Bayern.

If you expect Kane to drop deep, you want players who will run into the space beyond him. From the left our only two options really are Rashford and Gordon.

He might not have been clinical recently, but he definitely has attributes (pace and directness) to drive into the space left by Kane and hopefully link up with Kane, Bellingham and Saka

This. Our wingers are players that compliment Kane, rather than players who like to cut in behind the striker.

He's our best player, and imo has been the best centre forward in the world for years, so it makes sense to build the team around him, even if that means not calling up objectively better players in other positions.

Yes I would start Rashford, but I'd want two players in that position. And I'm not sure who else there is. Grealish maybe, or MGW at a push but they will run the risk of running into Kane

Aye, I think Gordon probably has to be there as the back up in that position, and frankly the big improvement that Tuchel has provided over Southgate is an actual left side in the formation instead of just a right hand side and 5 players trying to play number 10

He seems to have a higher stock than a player at a bottom of the table team, who regularly warms the bench should have.

Going to Barcelona as per Romano. Means the scum will have no players who have scored against us in the Tyne Wear derby. They do have one who scored for us though.

La liga is shite standard these days and Barca's system relies on pressing from the front so it makes some sense. But I'm still very surprised
