What we need to take us to the next level

1, who doesnt, personally if BB doesnt get a WC spot id have him working all summer with private striker coach, improve on his finishing he does rest of it right imo

4. Yeah, totally agree, dont have any names off top my head

5, simple clone Nordi, tbf with this you could either get a right back of similar level to Nordi or Centre back with similar traits
 
I don't see us removing Brobbey from this team, so what's the point in going all out for a striker? We'll never play 2 up top again, so it would be a waste.

That said, Brobbey needs to take his chances better and make himself more of an aerial threat with headers. For some a big strong beast, he's not that great at headers.

Should have been the obvious one to step into Xhakas shoes when he was out, instead of disrupting half the team with the reshuffle too.

We just have to trust RLB as i'm sure he knows what a good signing Geertruida would be, and none of us knows what's gone on behind the scenes when he nearly moved to Liverpool on deadline day

Exactly and then any young lads who are able to develop and are available at a reasonable price.

An oven ready right winger is a strange one , we rely so much on players doing the work coming back that a really destructive one that can do that will be hard to find in our price range.
We do need the CB to wholly replace Luke as an option ( sorry marra but youve had your fantasy season and you were very welcome to it ) and cover an injury prone Ballard . We basically need a left sided Mukiele to cover Alderete and Rienaldo

I also think we need to keep Enzo in the middle and have a cover option for him. Diarra isn't the answer.
 
Hopefully one of talbi, angulo or ta bi will come good. They’re all young and talented but can they push on. That’s why I say we just need one winger.

And I love brobbey so far but he’s not a goalscorer. Maybe he can add that to his game, he’s still young. If we don’t add a goalscorer then we need more goals from the rest of the team.

Big money to find Grant replacement young up and coming star….top quality winger is always cheaper than a Striker thou we need a replacement if Isidor sold. Clearly Cirkin moving on LB replacement

We’d be daft too, we just need to get more runners around him. See diarra for Burnley at home. If we can do that it will open up more for him and others.

We need a more experienced winger, think we’ve got two good young ones but we need another with expertise. It also stops us using Enzo on the wing as he is clearly huge for us in the middle.

Depth, another at the back especially if we don’t sign gurty, another in midfield, on the wing and if we lose Wilson someone to push brobby.

I think you are totally correct but when Xhaka was out RLB felt Hume was a better choice and after that he put in Sadiki. RLB seems to have a blind spot when it comes to Geertruida.
