also at chelsea service should be good for delap, and he offered nowt. Poor postiionig. Manager issues, maybe.
 
If we were to sell both Isador and Mayenda I’d not be so against taking him on loan with an obligation to buy do the £25m book value Chelsea have him around if he scored 15 goals type of deal. Chelsea are an absolute car crash of a club and his confidence looks shot.

Young, homegrown, cost them £30m last season so it's not like they're trying to recoup £60/70/80m and if they want Roefs... is there a deal to be made? Wages obviously would be an issue, but every season he stays there to pick up the cash, he just wastes his potential.

I remember some top posters saying they weren’t convinced back in August 2022.

Wonder how those predictions will pan out
 
He should of went to nufc as he’d of played more regularly and probably done a lot better, he’s nowhere near good enough for a top team and the Chelsea striker role seems to be cursed , I can’t remember the last one who scored goals regularly, I’d take him on loan and see how it went
