Liam Delap, anyone?

He should of went to nufc as he’d of played more regularly and probably done a lot better, he’s nowhere near good enough for a top team and the Chelsea striker role seems to be cursed , I can’t remember the last one who scored goals regularly, I’d take him on loan and see how it went
Wav got Delap cleaning Missa's bewts, wav tha richest clerb in tha werld...

Taking absolute pelters from Chelsea fans. Suggestion he's not happy about how stop-start his season has been, just hasn't found any rhythm. Played a lot of football last summer (Club World Cup), barely any pre-season and got a bad injury shortly after. Definitely think he's got superstar potential like.

Young, homegrown, cost them £30m last season so it's not like they're trying to recoup £60/70/80m and if they want Roefs... is there a deal to be made? Wages obviously would be an issue, but every season he stays there to pick up the cash, he just wastes his potential.

Aye? Or is this ending up on Deluded RTG?
Top end Championship player

We were in for him before he chose Chelsea.

Whenever I've seen him I've not been impressed but he wont be the first player to leave Chelsea and potentially do well elsewhere so who knows.

I think Moyes will go back in this summer.

Think he’d be a good buy for you, he’s got potential and you need a striker. And you’re a good side who will give him chances

After watching him in the championship I thought he'd absolutely flop in the Prem. Was shocked he had such a good season at Ipswich, back to normality this year

Not a top 6 level striker, had 1 great season for Ipswich....I'd take him as a support striker to Brobbey mind but very much doubt he'd have any interest in that.

Big issue for us will be to get a good enough support striker to play 2nd fiddle to Brobbey
I can see him at Coventry with the Chelsea/Lampard connection.
As soon as you mentioned it, makes perfect sense
