Taking absolute pelters from Chelsea fans. Suggestion he's not happy about how stop-start his season has been, just hasn't found any rhythm. Played a lot of football last summer (Club World Cup), barely any pre-season and got a bad injury shortly after. Definitely think he's got superstar potential like.

Young, homegrown, cost them £30m last season so it's not like they're trying to recoup £60/70/80m and if they want Roefs... is there a deal to be made? Wages obviously would be an issue, but every season he stays there to pick up the cash, he just wastes his potential.

Aye? Or is this ending up on Deluded RTG?
 

He came on against the mags down Chelsea and didn't hit the target once with 3 very decent chances.

He had a few poor loans, a good season at Ipswich in a poor side and has reverted to type being poor again.

There's a player in there somewhere but it would be a gamble.
 
Why do people care so much about this deluded world of RTG feller?

Every fanbase has their fair share of oddballs following them with out-there opinions. The mags are probably the worst of the lot.

He was at our place and tbh he was awful but saying that we are a poisonous chalice , look at AN he had a torrid time at Stoke but look at him now , they were worthy winners last night where as our lot looked like 11 spectators who won a competition to play for Stoke for the night

No thanks. Hope we keep Brobbey, but think we need to look for a striker with similar attributes to Brobbey from around the world.

One of Isidor or Mayenda will leave in the summer, if not both. We need someone who is physical enough to replace Brobbey when he's knackered.

Isidor did brilliantly when he came on at Villa. But how many teams at 3-1 up, late on will play that high line? No idea why they didn't just sit in and see the game out.
 
3 years ago I posted that he was starting to look more and more like someone who dominated at youth levels due to his size but when he's coming up against men isn't as effective.

Seen nowt from him since to convince me otherwise
 
Double figures in a rubbish relegated Ipswich side. Amazing what a run of games and ounce of confidence can do to a player – and his touch/composure/finishing. Again, the finances would dictate it, but I reckon he'd do a job for us.
 
Only played the equivalent of about 10 games in the league, which I guess shows how stop start his season has been (25 appearances but averages out at less than 40mins a game). But thats the only defence I can think of. Generally hes looked out of his depth. 3x the minutes played last season though and scored 10 in open play (2 pens).
