Season ticket waiting list

They went on sale at 17:03 then seemingly took them off sale by 18:15

Something definitely went wrong with the sale.

See what happens when the ticket office are back at work and when/whether it reopens for sale.

I bought mine and kept checking for others that might not have been back from work.

There was defs an in issue. As blocks that had shown as being for sale suddenly showed as sold. Like the SEC which had a good 100 singles which you cannot buy in that area without a junior ticket.

About 5 mins later despite having bought a ST and being able to see the map. It showed as being sold out and to join waiting list message again. That message is still showing for me now despite the ST being there in my tickets list.

Perhaps the club might communicate something today or more likely will just put back on sale randomly at some point today.
 
I added my son to the waiting list but never even got an email to say they were going on sale. Found out on here and logged in. There were a few singles available but I couldn't buy him one as it won't let an under 14 buy one alone. I'd have actually swapped and put him in my seat and sat alone and then tried to move us together next year but didn't have that option. We are going to have a real problem with getting the next generation into the ground
 
I put the eldest son on waiting list on Saturday 21st February but he only got confirmation Monday 23rd.
So has to wait till phase 2.

Yep, we signed up just after they went off sale last summer. Got told last week we're not on any waiting list.
Only didn't get them in the normal window as we didn't think we'd make as many games as we have done, only missed 2, as we have a 7 hour round trip and with Sky interference with kick offs it would've been a gamble.
As they say, hindsight is a great thing.
 
I managed to get two season tickets again after missing this season. Eight rows back in the corner and not as good as my old seats but at least we are back. I emailed the club about the circumstances I lost my seats this season but never got any response. I was just asking if my old seats were not renewed could I have first dibs (for those not aware I was in a coma missing renewal date and have ended up missing our first year back in the premier league despite having seats for the last twenty years).

I didn’t even get told I was in phase one, I just punted on logging in and seeing if I could buy them. I must say the ticket operation at the club has been bad for years, going back to when we went down to league one. They really need more staff answering emails and taking phone calls.
 
I assume Phase 1 will resume today once the ticketing staff are back to work.

There must have been an issue last night but I'm sure it will soon be rectified.

The old ‘coma’ story ….shocking

Seriously hope all is well but you’re right the communication is shite. I’ve lost nearly 30 yrs history as we moved to South stand from corporate 2 yrs ago. Paying more for next yrs ST’s than lads stood next to us.
Gave up chasing the club as we got now where

I’m all good ish cheers. Yeah just having someone reply to emails is basic stuff tbh. Every season I used to spend hours trying to call the ticket office to arrange car parking and stuff. If you want to do anything than just pay for renewal through the portal you are not going to be happy. Considering we are in the premier league now you would expect a slick operation but it’s no better than it was years ago run on a shoe string.
 
I was on the waiting list since the day it opened the first time before this season started. Gutted there was no DD scheme as moving house atm so cant use a credit card as dont want to affect credit score.

Ive got tickets for all matches ive wanted to go to this season though so will do that next season again and try next year for season ticket.

There were 92 tickets left at 20.15 shortly after that the sales went down so there was still tickets left. Something must have happened because there was supposed to be a 48 hour sale's window

Same problem here. It's a right chew trying to get my son a ticket to sit next to my ST. Happy to move basically wherever but not expecting there to be much availability.
 
I don't understand why they've taken them off sale after an hour or two, but haven't announced it's sold out?

I wonder if it's to do with people being able to buy the two seats in their own name - but surely if it's something silly like that you just but a statement out explaining it?
