Luke O'Nien

Because they know hes an easy target. Why should we have a player in the squad who is seen as the easy target whenever he plays? Its just a waste of time.

The wide players did their jobs and stopped the crosses against Newcastle. O'Nien just passed the ball straight to them from a goal kick to give a goal instead 🤷‍♂️
A from a goal kick which Xhaka told them to do.

What's the mags game got to do with today? ELF lost his runner and was a mess for the first goal, I dont see a load of people or posts mentioning that.

But its fine, 09 was at fault and isnt good enough, all good

I love him and have no issue with him
Playing in the cup or when needed but fuck me, it’s mental he’s started ahead of Hume & Ballard lately.

Even Gertruida who i think is average has to get in before him.

He nearly cost us V NUFC, it was only a matter of time before he had a shocker of a performance and it came today.

I dont think Luke was great today but he was up against top class international strikers, did his best with what he had and wasnt totally mugged off.
What i would say , with regard to his future place in the side . Imagine he was currently playing at Forest, Leeds, Palace or some such and he came up on a free in the closed season ...would you sign him?

Because its an example of even if others did their jobs, he still found a way to let us down and be a liability.

Did you have an excuse for him for that aswell? Sun in his eyes?

Xhaka told him to pass the ball straight to Woltemade from the goal kick aye? Thats a new one even from the o'nien defenders.

What you mean is Xhaka mistakes Luke for being a competent PL player and he fucked up.

The mags game, he made a mistake, slipped as he went to pass and cost us a goal. He owned that mistake and admitted it afterwards.

What more do you want? Sacrifice his first born? Slate him for every single mistake forever?

Diarra missed an opportunity to win the game today, do we hammer the fuck out of him as well for ever?

Woltemade? I was Gordon who picked it up. Think we are establishing now you're not actually up on the facts like.

Ellburg went to kick it long, Xhaka told him to kick it to Luke right in front of Gordon who knew what was coming. Go and watch it back
