If demand is there, then suppose it needs to be considered. Bit off topic, but if demand is that high, think the club should introduce a cup scheme ticket with season tickets. Obviously everyone has a choice, but if you choose, Automatically get your seat, loyalty point when activated at turnstile and could also help on priority phases for potential semi/finals. Our attendance at cup games has been abysmal for years and an even bigger stadium would be horrific with 15k in 1 stand.
It’s more like 10-12 rows. Counted the other week the different between SW corner and the South Stand.I wonder where they'll move the people in the seats right at the back of the east? There's a good 4 or 5 rows which would be gone.
I always said it would be east stand. More room for boxes, premium and new bars etc. This leads me to believe its gonna be an east stand extension
They would be given compensation and first pick of the new seats imhoI wonder where they'll move the people in the seats right at the back of the east? There's a good 4 or 5 rows which would be gone.
I thought it would just be the temporary ones. That's a load of people to move. It’s more like 10-12 rows. Counted the other week the different between SW corner and the South Stand.
If season tickets are sold out I wonder if they'll make match day tickets into new batch of season tickets for the hundreds that will have to move.I always said it would be east stand. More room for boxes, premium and new bars etc.

Depends how long it takes to complete the rebuild.I thought it would just be the temporary ones. That's a load of people to move.

Could they not adjust the designs and change it from the northIt’s more like 10-12 rows. Counted the other week the different between SW corner and the South Stand.
Yeah anything is possible likeCould they not adjust the designs and change it from the north
Depends if it mirrors the south stand.Where would the new seats be though? Their current seats become boxes, the front of a new ESU will be seating for new lounges etc.
Depends if it mirrors the south stand.
They might be offered two seasons in Premium over on the new east side.
They wouldn't be able to just disregard them. They would have to be given new seats
You’d think not but recent stories from the ticket office suggests they f***ing might likeDepends if it mirrors the south stand.

Makes sense for gigs as well. If they did the South stand first it would add basically zero for gigs given where the stage is. With a larger East stand it would add a lot of value, however.I always said it would be east stand. More room for boxes, premium and new bars etc.

I agree, but I wouldn’t trust our ticketing department to microwave a lasagne tbh.
There could be groups of 5 or 6 who’ve sat together for 20 years and there’s nowhere in the ground with that availability next to each other.
Hopefully they plan it better than that. I agree its gonna be stressful for those in the back rows of the east stand so best they announce all plans for what happens to them soon as possible. You’d think not but recent stories from the ticket office suggests they f***ing might like
Could tell people that season card holders, also in cup scheme, will get priority phase 1 on any semi/final with standard season card numbers outnumbering allocations.Yeah, they need to bring it back and have an option where you just auto-buy your own ticket unless you opt out for a specific game.
Good idea also.Could tell people that season card holders, also in cup scheme, will get priority phase 1 on any semi/final with standard season card numbers outnumbering allocations.
I think we should build now but completely agree with the idea of a new ‘west’ stand on the east side.I’m still firmly in the ‘wait a few more years to assess sustained demand’ camp, but if it was to be the East Stand if it happens, I really hope the outside of it is built like the outside of the West Stand. I don’t think there’s many better looking outside’s of stands in England nicer to look at than our West Stand. By comparison the North Stand got that metal cladding added to it that looks a bit crap and tacky compared to the West Stand brickwork and huge badge, metal gates etc.

“I think we're incredibly fortunate that in the renewal window for our season tickets we sold 96%, the other four percent will sell out against the waiting list that we had. We had 15,000 people on our waiting list and around 1,400 tickets left so they will go very quickly and that waiting list will remain a large waiting list.
“I also think there is a piece here which is that we currently in the South and the East stand are not necessarily servicing our premium partners as much as we could do, so we have have 60 hospitality boxes of which we have a waiting list of 35 - that's the highest yielding ticket that we have in the stadium. We also have the ability that most of our premium outlets are all completely sold out as well so is there an inventory mix question that we can begin to develop.”
