It’s absolutely crazy that we haven’t fixed this to make more seats available.
 
East stand to mirror West with planning permission for South to be one large bank if needed. Also multi story on site of current car park behind east and indoor gaming arena / club shop / club museum as part of the stand.

Agree with East to mirror West.

They won’t go one large bank in South stand, we still have people sitting in the standing area and South East rejected safe standing, there just isn’t the need for it.

They will never do a multistorey, they will just remove more parking as they want people to park in the town.

For me the main bit of “news” in this, is that it’s the high construction costs holding stadium expansion back, not demand, we clearly have the demand.

That is understandable as cost of construction has went through the roof last 5 years, the question for the club though, is I’m not sure it s going to come down again any time soon.

Even if the club wanted to build now they wouldn't be able to. There'll be planning to get through at the very least and that could take a fair while. They'll no doubt be looking into it at least
