surely cheaper in the long run to do the lot? This leads me to believe its gonna be an east stand extension
Are we still on some sort of warning over away fans behaviour? Would be good if we could get the front rows of the away end used again, would free up 6-700 more tickets
East stand to mirror West with planning permission for South to be one large bank if needed. Also multi story on site of current car park behind east and indoor gaming arena / club shop / club museum as part of the stand.

Would make sense…extend the east stand first then when we are stomping around Europe build the south stand like dortmunds yellow wall…except it a red wallThis leads me to believe its gonna be an east stand extension
Behind themWhere would the new seats be though? Their current seats become boxes, the front of a new ESU will be seating for new lounges etc.
If and when we extend by 5-7K we're going to need that number of extra seats for away fans. Are we still on some sort of warning over away fans behaviour? Would be good if we could get the front rows of the away end used again, would free up 6-700 more tickets
How would it be freestanding? Its gotta be joined onI think we should build now but completely agree with the idea of a new ‘west’ stand on the east side.
In effect, a freestanding new building including expanded ground floor concourses and packed with new hospitality offerings but with normal season card seats in a new top tier.
Main building works would be outside the current stadium footprint so less disruptive and the combining disruption of old and new could be carried out over a close season.
Having renewed facilities in the new block would allow further remodelling of the west stand.
Costly but what a stadium we would have and doing it this way would allow the south stand to be a single bank as corporate would already be sorted.
I can dream!

“I think we're incredibly fortunate that in the renewal window for our season tickets we sold 96%, the other four percent will sell out against the waiting list that we had. We had 15,000 people on our waiting list and around 1,400 tickets left so they will go very quickly and that waiting list will remain a large waiting list.
“I also think there is a piece here which is that we currently in the South and the East stand are not necessarily servicing our premium partners as much as we could do, so we have have 60 hospitality boxes of which we have a waiting list of 35 - that's the highest yielding ticket that we have in the stadium. We also have the ability that most of our premium outlets are all completely sold out as well so is there an inventory mix question that we can begin to develop.”
Does anyone know why last Saturdays crowd was up to 47000,was their extra seats made available?
We've been had 6 matches this season over 47000 it's probably to do with the away supporters taking the maximum allocationDoes anyone know why last Saturdays crowd was up to 47000,was their extra seats made available?
I would take the 15000 waiting list with a pinch of salt people could put multiple applications in and not everyone will really stump up the money when it comes down to it.With 15k waiting lists for proper supporters seats and 30+ box waiting list for corporates they should accommodate both

Even if the club wanted to build now they wouldn't be able to. There'll be planning to get through at the very least and that could take a fair while. They'll no doubt be looking into it at leastI think we should build now but completely agree with the idea of a new ‘west’ stand on the east side.
