It is a wild number I agree. Think you have to assume the source of information is not correct, at least not up to date.

Whilst many people pay by DD there will be some who feel leaving it as late as possible is delaying payment

I know I was duped by the credits misinformation so I paid by credit card a month ago.
 
Loads will renew before the deadline.

I do feel maybe the club should be sending letters to those who haven’t renewed as some are clearly still digital illiterate.

There will not be more than 10% who don’t, so I wouldn’t get too carried away on the waiting list.

Someone earlier in the thread said they got a leaflet through the door as one of theirs hadn’t been renewed yet. I was surprised at the common sense of it considering it’s our ticket office we’re talking about. For what it’s worth I agree about thinking a lot of the remaining ones will still renew late on. There’s still nearly 2 weeks to go and a lot of people like putting things off until the last minute before they actually need doing, which is fine.
 
I rang the ticket office the other day to make sure I was on the waiting list.

I was sure I was, but with our ticketing system I wanted to double check. They said. Nope not on our list. I am....nope we ve checked your account number... nothing.

I said you should have. And I have email confirmation.

Then put on hold, without being told I was on hold for 10 mins. Then line went dead.

Rang again and they said oh yes we've found you, no apology.

Useless. As many others have discovered.


I have been on the first list for maybe a year, my number is 571 on the list they said.

You will get one i think been that high up on the list

it was me and i was too

we have three STs registered at our house and the leaflet was addressed to the one person who hadn't renewed yet

i'm glad they sent it as both me and owa lass thought the other had done it
